Bulgarian translation

Hello,

I’m self-hosting vikunja for quite some time now. Decided to translate it to Bulgarian in order to get more adoption by my family and kids. Without thinking too much about it, I simply cloned the project, created the new locale and started translating. Now that the translation is pretty much done, decided to contribute it only to find out that:

If you want to start translating Vikunja in a language not yet available in Vikunja, please request the language through the crowdin interface. If you have issues with this or need a discussion before doing so, please contact us or start a discussion in the forum.

I mean, yeah, RTFM, indeed, my bad. Didn’t really think much of it and never really intended to finish the translation, but just make it usable enough by kids (that are still learning to read in their native language) and just translate what they see in the UI. Never used crowdin, but if there is no way to import a whole json is it okay to send a PR with the new language?

P.S.: Also, can you get my account in your gitea instance activated? The same username and email as here

Welcome!

Well, at least you read the docs before opening a PR. Not everyone does.

As for Crowdin, I can upload a file with existing translations if you send it to me (here or via email konrad@vikunja.io). Then your effort won’t go to waste.
If you want, I can also make you proofreader on Crowdin, that way you can approve new translations from other community members.

I’ve also just approved your account in Gitea.

Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorised (authorised extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, heic, heif, webp, mp4).

Just sent it via email. Also, yes, I would love to review changes in (almost certainly imperfect) Bulgarian translation.

Awesome, thank you very much! I’ve uploaded the translations into Crowdin, and it seems like you’ve been busy. Very nice!

I also sent you an invite to join the project on Crowdin using the email you’ve messaged me with. If that doesn’t work, I can also add you manually, I’d just need your username on Crowdin.

Please ping me when the translations are approved, then I can add Bulgarian for selection in Vikunja.

Awesome, thank you. Just approved everything

Now added for selection in fcd56cb7cf - please check with the next unstable build (should be ready for deployment in ~45min, also on try).
