Vikunja Andriod App Notifications

Hi there

I’ve recently installed the south hosted version of this app on my Docker server and it’s all working smoothly apart from I can’t get any notifications for tasks when using the android app you’re missing something all day I understand but I seemed that they would be a standard android notification when a task was due but this doesn’t seem to work. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to be checking?

In the settings in the app, there’s a test notification button. Do you get a notification when you press it?

thanks the speedy reply Yes I get a test notificaiton when I press it, so cannt figure out why task notifications are ot being triggered??
