Creating a recurring task without a date (e.g. quick add “call mom every day”) leaves the task without a due date. It never appears in the Upcoming view, never goes overdue, and reminders don’t fire. The first occurrence effectively never happens.
Request: when a repeat is set and no due date exists, automatically set the first due date (e.g. today at the default due time). The task then shows up in Upcoming immediately and the repeat cycle starts from a concrete date.
