Repeating Task on First Tuesday of Month

In the documentation, one example of a repeating task is “First Tuesday of the month”. But I don’t see any way to configure this with the given options, which just allow repeating in increments of hours, days, or weeks, or the separate “monthly” setting.

Also I guess the “monthly” setting makes the task happen on the same day of the month (like the 15th), but I couldn’t find anything that actually explained this.

I don’t think the built-in repeat UI can do “first Tuesday of the month” right now. The monthly option looks date-based, so it repeats on the same day number each month, not the nth weekday. The docs example is pretty misleading there. If you need that schedule today, I’d either handle it outside Vikunja with an automation that creates the task monthly, or use a nearby weekly/monthly pattern if that’s good enough.
