What is the usecase of "relations" feature?

Hello friends! First of all, Vikunja is wonderful. It’s super helpful and makes my life so much easier, so thank you for that.

I was exploring the features of Vikunja and wondering how the “relation” feature can be used. Can it create logical connections between tasks, or is it more descriptive?

For example, I was thinking that if I create a “follows” relation from task “A” to task “B,” it would monitor the state of task B (by “state,” I mean whether it’s done or not) and make changes to task “A” accordingly.
But looks like it is not the case. and i didn’t find any documentation describing this feature.

Relations in Vikunja are more descriptive, to help you quickly see the
relation between tasks. Sub tasks are a little special there because
their relation is also shown in the list view.
