Hi, I’d like to ask for a feature that allows to assign to a non-existent user.
Use case
I track a process that’s on me, then I’m waiting on someone else, then back on me etc.
Or in the case of self-hosted - not all people involved need access, but that doesn’t mean all tasks must be on me.
Alternatives
- custom field, like described in Custom fields for tasks - #17 by xRiErOS
- labels
- workable but there’s no selection logic, so I can have any number of “Person/xxx” labels attached to a task
- free text in title
