Vikunja Cloud with Own Domain

Hello!

I’m wondering if it would be possible to use my own domain name with Vikunja Cloud? At the moment I have the self-hosted version set up so that I can go to https://tasks.mydomain.com and use that address for my tasks.

I was wondering, since I’d love to switch from self-hosting to managed cloud, is it possible to setup a CNAME record or something similar so that I can use my own custom domain name with Vikunja Cloud still? I would love to keep my domain name for this if at all possible.

If not, could this please be something on the roadmap, to support custom subdomains?

Hi there, I had the same wish. I would rent a VPS just for this one service, so I would prefer to support you directly.

I could not find anything with “Domain” in the Roadmap. Is this already implemented? Couldnt find it on the website either, but havent searched the docs.

Otherwise, if this does not work, it would not be a big problem I think to have it on vikunja.io

How would a link to a read-only list of “exampleorganisation” look like? It should submit some kind of trust and be nice to look at
