Currently, when completing a recurring task that has a specific due time, the due time for the next occurrence shifts to match the completion timestamp rather than retaining the original scheduled time.
Example Scenario

⚬ Completed At: Today at 11:00 AM
⚬ Current Behavior: The next occurrence is created for tomorrow at 11:00 AM.
⚬ Expected Behavior: The next occurrence should remain scheduled for tomorrow at 09:00 AM.
