Actually I notice as well that even in the main ‘Overview’ list it shows tasks from archived projects. Again, unexpected for me.

Hm, I’m not sure that this is the same. In this case, they’re archiving projects, and it’s about visibility of tasks from archived projects. The other thread was about “archiving” tasks, or more specifically hiding done tasks from a Kanban view. This situation here looks different

Accurate; Wasabi was talking about keeping completed tasks around on Kanban for a time before making them vanish (a nice idea btw), but my problem was that tasks from archived Projects are still showing up all over in filters that look for due dates or something. This looks like a bug. Tasks from archived projects should not show up anywhere, unless explicitly desired. Can you reproduce this on try ?

Wanted to add that this bug occurs on boards imported from Trello. Archive the board but all the assigned tasks still appear on the overview screen.

Did you archive in Trello or in Vikunja?

Occurs when archiving the board in Vikunja. I just confirmed that the boards were not archived or closed in Trello prior to import.
