Feature Request: Config to disable Multi-user features in the Frontend

Hello.

I use vikunja as a personal Task Management Tool and don’t need any of the Teams-Related features. It would be nice to have an option to disable all teams and multi-user related features in the frontend to have a cleaner interface.
