Hello to whomever reads this:
I am using Vikunja for a variety of tasks, and among them are tasks that can have their due dates altered if there’s a Federal Holiday during the week - like this week, with Labor Day.
Instead of my recycling needing to have been outside of last night, it actually needs to be out tonight, but there doesn’t appear to be an inherent way to alert Vikunja that these tasks are not in fact overdue.
In the general scheme of things, it’s not hugely important, since I know that they’re not really overdue, but it would be a quality of life improvement.
My self-hosted Vikunja gets pulled into Home Assistant (both via the “official” integration and via API) and the API in particular draws up a list of tasks to be analyzed by Google Generative AI to spit out to me the most appropriate tasks for me to consider doing based on my area (room and/or floor), spoons, and time available. All of those are tags; I’ve added a frequency tag as well but haven’t yet put that into play on the HA/AI side.
Basically, I’m trying to avoid this:
Is this something that can be modified in any way? Or is this something I’m going to need to accept “as-is”?
