Cannot rearrange the cards in a full Kanban lane

How to reproduce:

  1. Create a Kanban lane. Set a limit to 4.
  2. Create 4 cards in this lane.
  3. Attempt to drag the bottom card in the middle / top of the lane.

Expected result:
The card gets dragged to a new place.

Actual result:
The card cannot be dragged to a new place.

Recovery:
Removing one card from the list makes it not full, and dragging works again.

Confirmed, fixed in 332dbc - please check in ~30min once the CI released a new unstable version and updated try with it.
