It will be great to have an annual repeating task!
You can actually already do that but have to set the interval manually (click on the “weeks” next to the amount and choose “years”):

Apparently you removed that option, I find no way of getting that again ^^

The option has been removed as there was regular confusion about how it should work and it didn’t really do much. Basically it was not repeating one year but 365 days which might be different things (hello, leap year).
