PS: sometimes, when filter setting save ends in an error, filters are duplicated on the left site and must be deleted.

There is no not in operator. See Feature requests regarding view ordering, project reference in Kanban and a notin operator - #2 by kolaente

Does that happen only when you edit a filter or only when you create a new one?

I try “project != p1 && project != p2"
but this also not working.

IMO, when i create a new filter with error.

This worked for me. Did you get an error during saving? Are you able to reproduce the problem on try?
