Is there Typesense enabled cloud env like try instance?

Observation

I’ve noticed multiple times that my custom Vikunja instance with Typesense has bugs that I cannot reproduce on the official Try Vikunja instance.

Problem Statement

This creates a challenge when:

  1. Bug Reporting – I can’t confirm whether the issue is specific to my setup or a general bug.
  2. Debugging – It’s unclear if I’ve misconfigured something in my setup or if the bug is present in the latest main branch commit with Typesense enabled.

Question

Can we have Typesense enabled cloud env just like try instance?

The demo instance should be the most vanilla instance, that’s why it does not have typesense enabled. That’s unlikely to change.

Maybe there’s a way to have separate Typesense enabled instance regularly built from main branch?

It’s unlikely to happen as an “official” one. You could set one up yourself using an unstable build though.
