VIKUNJA_SERVICE_ALLOWICONCHANGES not working for lgbt flag

VIKUNJA_SERVICE_ALLOWICONCHANGES = false
this variable to disable LGBT flag in vikunja is not working anymore
I saw that some people said that this is working to disable showing this flag, but now not working

Same problem. It used to work. Not sure if the docs are outdated and the name for the variable is different or what
