Error refreshing user info on new install

I have a new set up (v0.21.0 on a debian LXC on proxmox) with the backend (tried using both the .deb package and also the pre-built .zip on separate instances) and frontend seemingly running OK together. I’ve tried both the out-of-the-box Sqlite .db file and also a postgres database. Frontend is being served with nginx which is also passing the backend to /api/v1.
