Currently there is only the assignee field. If there is an assignee and another one should see the task like a CC, there is no way.
If you want another user to get updates of a task, they should subscribe to that task.
I understand, but you should ask them someway to subscribe.
What I mean is like the CC field on bugzilla. You can put whoever.
