Click label to show all matching tasks

Is it me or I seem to remember that one could go to “Labels” in the Menu, click on any label to show all tasks with that label assigned?

If not, this should be considered for implementation. I understand you can go to “filter” and then “*label” or use “Ctrl+k” but that’s just not always convenient, clicking the one label when one wants show all tasks with that label while navigating the GUI is much quicker, 2 clicks and it’s done.

Unless I am missing something…?

That never worked.

The problem is that there’s no view (yet) where these tasks could be shown.

Understood, thanks.
Adding it to the roadmap–if you feel it would bring value–would be helpful, I believe; I understand it’s not a priority though as the other methods work already.

Any updates on this feature?
For me this is a real showstopper. I rely on labels to implement GTD contexts, but without a way to view all tasks by label, I simply can’t use Vikunja in my workflow.
Really curious whether an implementation of this is expected anytime soon.

I found the workaround to use filters on these labels instead. But as it works there I guess it should not be that complicated to add a view here.

This has just landed in #1825, please check with the next unstable build (should be ready for deployment in ~30min, also on try).

Nice. What about a “save as filter” button?
