CalDAV: Missing getctag or sync-token support on project level (RFC 6578)

Hello,

I would like to report an issue regarding the CalDAV implementation in Vikunja. Currently, it appears that Vikunja does not support getctag or sync-token (as per RFC 6578) on the project/collection level. This prevents CalDAV clients from performing incremental updates, forcing them to re-sync everything or fail to detect changes.
