Would it be possible to add a right click option for the list/kanban views where you can do things like change the status or move an item to a different project?
Unlikely, because it won’t be as easy to implement. While it’s pretty easy to do for marking a task as done (and you can do that already with strg + click on the task), if you want to move the project a task is in, that means you’ll need to have some kind of popup to orchestrate the new project. Same for labels and other attributes. a11y is not that easy to get right with this either.
