Either SMTP email on the docker image is bugged, or I’m doing something dumb. Vikunja looks great but without email it’s kinda useless for me… My docker-compose.yml contains: VIKUNJA_SERVICE_ENABLEEMAILREMINDERS: 1 VIKUNJA_MAILER_ENABLED: 1 VIKUNJA_MAILER_FORCESSL: 1 VIKUNJ…

Did you try a different auth type? [image] Config options | Vikunja

thanks for your help! In the end this worked: VIKUNJA_MAILER_ENABLED: true VIKUNJA_MAILER_FORCESSL: false VIKUNJA_MAILER_AUTHTYPE: plain VIKUNJA_MAILER_FROMEMAIL: [same as username] VIKUNJA_MAILER_HOST: send.one.com VIKUNJA_MAILER_PORT: 587

For reference, these settings worked for me using gmail: VIKUNJA_SERVICE_ENABLEEMAILREMINDERS: 1 VIKUNJA_MAILER_ENABLED: 1 VIKUNJA_MAILER_FORCESSL: 0 VIKUNJA_MAILER_PORT: 587 VIKUNJA_MAILER_AUTHTYPE: plain VIKUNJA_MAILER_HOST: smtp.gmail.com
