The config looks fine to me. Anything in the logs? Are you able to send mail at all? (Try the vikunja testmail command)

Sorry, where do I run the vikunja testmail command? and where do I find log? what file

You can get the logs with docker-compose logs. Running the testmail command in docker can be done something like docker-compose exec /app/vikunja/vikunja testmail <your email address>.
