E-Mail Notification twice

No Reminder Notification by E-Mail from my colleague

This is now fixed in 34ac29fcce, please check with the next unstable build (should be ready for deployment in ~45min, also on try). In the process of implementing this, I’ve also refactored how fetching and parsing subscriptions work under the hood - I’ve tested them for all cases from the other thread, but maybe I’ve missed something. Would love a second pair of testing on this.

I tested this one as well.
The notification does not work anymore. I just tried it on try.vikunja.io, Online there are no notifications. Therefore, I have not tested e-mail notification.
