When you create a new project and remove all content (so no views, no tasks), and then try to share the project via a shareable link, an error is thrown (but the link is created but is not visible).
When you then create a view and a task, and reopen the share menu, you can see the share link.

Which error is thrown?

Let me know what logs are relevant 🙂

This is now fixed in [9eb5c62b01](https://kolaente.dev/vikunja/vikunja/commit/9eb5c62b0122e4ab0f8e5d12480b248712ebf64e), please check with the next unstable build (should be ready for deployment in ~45min, also on [try](https://try.vikunja.io)).

Why are you creating a project without any views or tasks in the first place?

No particular reason actually. I wanted to already get a sharing link for someone else, and then work on the project setup afterwards. Not the most logical order, I guess 😛

I’ll test this as soon as I can, but I need to spin up a second instance to test this to not interfere with my “production” instance.

This one is resolved! 😃 Thanks for the quick action, and happy holidays!
