When you share an empty project (one or more views, but no tasks) with a read only link, that link shows “Create a task”, which obviously (luckily?) does not work when clicked (as the user should have read only access). ![image](https://community.vikunja.io/uploads/default/original/2X/3/3f01a163e4ea470282461b5232686792abe2e1fb.png) Hiding the “Create a task” text for read only views would resolve the issue. ---

This is now fixed in [bfb7cf9403](https://kolaente.dev/vikunja/vikunja/commit/bfb7cf940319cf9dfd3254053146eafa15c9a418), please check with the next unstable build (should be ready for deployment in ~45min, also on [try](https://try.vikunja.io)). ---
